Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Seen service, available at seen.site. By using the service, you agree to these terms in full.

Description of the service

Seen is an online service that lets you create a professional personal website from a few pieces of information. The service offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier with additional features.

Registration

Registration is open to any individual or legal entity. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential.

Free and Premium plans

The free plan provides access to a limited number of sections and features. The Premium plan, available through monthly or annual subscription, provides access to all features of the service.

Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Seen reserves the right to modify its prices; active subscriptions will remain at the subscribed rate until renewal.

User content

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on Seen (text, images, information). By publishing content, you grant Seen a limited license to display and distribute it as part of the service.

You agree not to publish content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory or infringing on the rights of third parties.
• Discriminatory, hateful or violent.
• Misleading or fraudulent.

Seen reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

Domain name

The free plan includes a seen.site subdomain address. The Premium plan allows connecting a custom domain name. With the annual subscription, a standard domain (.com, .fr, .net, .org) is included. Premium extensions (.io, .dev, .studio, etc.) are available for a surcharge.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. The Premium subscription can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon account deletion, your data will be erased within 30 days.

Service availability

Seen strives to ensure service availability 24/7, without guaranteeing permanent availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

Seen is provided "as is". Seen shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or loss of revenue.

Changes to these terms

Seen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
